Izu’s Place is located in the center of the beach and surfing town, Playa Jaco, minutes walk from the ocean and footsteps from the restaurants, nightlife and all the attractions that Jaco has to offer. Playa Jaco is a vibrant town on the Pacific side of Costa Rica, a picturesque drive of only an hour+ from the international airport in San Jose.
Playa Jaco’s great location provides for attractions, adventure, world class surfing, exploration, animals and more, all within a short drive from the town. For example, the crocodiles of the Tarcoles River, the national park Manuel Antonio and the breath taking sunsets at Villa Caletas; all less than one hour from town.
Daily shuttle access to the airport and speed boat services to Playa Santa Teresa. There is also a Bus Station in Jaco that has scheduled buses to anywhere in Costa Rica at very reasonable ticket prices. Recently, the complex was renovated, upgraded and expanded to include 18 rooms; from shared accommodation (dormitories), to fully equipped private rooms & beautiful suites great for honeymooners and families.
